Positions are still available in our more advanced classes for students who can swim at least 15m confidently. If you feel you can meet this requirement, please contact the club's hotline (0432 852 242) or send an email to email@example.com
Parramatta City Swim Club holds free lessons for students of all abilities at Granville Pool. Lessons for "non-swimmers" are conducted from 9.30am Saturday all year round except for a couple of weeks at Easter, October school holidays and Christmas/New Year. Lessons usually take between 30 and 45 minutes and can vary because of the weather, the size of the class, class ability and the age of the pupils.
All our instructors are qualified AUSTSWIM Teachers of Swimming and Water Safety, the nationally recognised qualification for learn to swim teachers. The club is always looking for more volunteer instructors. After a suitable probation period, the club will cover all your costs of becoming and retaining your Austswim instructor accrediation.
Children must be at least 4 years old to join in the lessons. Adult lessons are also available.
To enrol in Parramatta City Swim Club's Learn to Swim, turn up at 9.15am on Saturday morning at Granville Pool and then you can join in lessons starting at 9.30am.
