Club Fees

Parramatta City Swim Club has always prided itself on being a family friendly club and aims to keep fees as low as possible.

There are three components to our fee structure: Club Membership, Swimming NSW Registration and Race Entry Fees.

Club Membership

Club Membership fees are $20 per person or $40 per family per year. Family membership covers all members of the family, no matter if they swim or do not swim. Club Membership is for one year, starting 1 October each year.

If a swimmer has graduated from the club's Learn-to-Swim lessons or from a club-approved swim school, the first year if the swimmer's Club Membership is free.

Swimming NSW Registration Fees

All swimmers, learn-to-swim students and officials must be registered with Swimming NSW.

Registration must be completed within four weeks of a swimmer's/student's/official's first attendance of the registration year (1st October - 30th September).

The fees for the 2018-2019 season are:

  • $72.00 for swimmers
  • $21.00 for non-swimmers
  • $21.00 for Learn-to-Swim Students
  • $72.00 for Advanced (Blue and Gold Groups) Learn-to-Swim swimmers
  • Free for 7yr & under swimmers or non-swimmers (Junior Dolphin)

Note: All fees must be paid online by credit card and will have a 1.5% transaction fee applied

Swimming NSW Registration is for one year, starting 1 October each year.
Once registered, the swimmer/student/official will be provided with a Swimming NSW registration card that shows their registration number. This number will be required when entering external carnivals.

Both Swimming NSW Registration and Club Membership fees can be paid with an Active Kids Voucher

Race Cards

Club races can only be entered using club race cards. Race cards cost $0.20 each or $1.00 for a sheet of six.

Race cards can be purchased from the Race Registrar's desk.
